Tributes have been made to Finola Moore, a Birmingham mum who was found dead inside her home in Perry Barr on Tuesday. A 56-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of murder and has been released on bail
The family of a Birmingham mum who was found dead three days after Christmas have paid a heartbreaking tribute to her.
Finola Moore, 57, was discovered in her home on Perry Park Crescent in Perry Barr at around 1.30pm on Tuesday.
A 56-year-old man, who is thought to be known to her, was arrested on suspicion of murder and has been released on bail while police enquires continued.
A forensic post mortem examination took place last week but could not identify her cause of death, and “further specialist expertise was being sought”, detectives said.
West Midlands Police have issued a picture of the mum as her family paid tribute to her.
Their tribute read: “We are shocked and truly devastated by the loss of our beautiful mom, daughter, sister and friend.
“We will love her, miss her and remember her forever.
“We would like to ask for privacy while the police continue their investigation.”
The investigation remains on going to determine how Finola died. Police are continuing to review CCTV.
